OPTIMIZELY DEVELOPER (Asp.net Episerver CMS 11)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Design, develop and implement Optimizely eCommerce solutions
● Integrate with major external systems including ERP, CRM, OMS, payment gateway system, middleware (Web APIs), and other systems
● Prepare custom prospect/client solutions to be presented
● Participation in pre & post-sales technical scoping, requirements gathering, and solution creation & review
● Supporting sales by authoring responses to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
● Conduct Technical Discovery sessions directly with prospects and customers. Technical Discovery is designed to uncover any and all technical and marketing requirements, key business goals, and potential issues
● Evaluating clients' 1st and 3rd party data integration, technology vendor requirements, and developing integration strategies for the platform
● Engage in a rapid education process including formal training, self-study and field experience designed to position the candidate as a technical expert on Optimizely Commerce and related solutions as quickly as possible
● Prepare and provide client facing technical follow-up calls and documentation
● Keep up to date with all industry changes and latest methodology within the commerce industry
● Meet or exceed quarterly EDP objectives
EXPERIENCE
● A minimum of 5 years’ experience in coding and testing for application based on C#, .NET, MVC
● A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in SQL Server Database
● A minimum of 3 years’ experience working on Episerver CMS 11, Episerver Find, Episerver Commerce and DXP Marketing Cloud
● A minimum of 3 years’ experience in creating, consuming, and testing REST based web services
● Experience with JavaScript and HTML
● Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
● Works well independently as well as in a group environment
● Experience in integrating Payment Provider Services with Episerver Solutions
● Experience in integrating Episerver CMS with External ERP, CRM, PIM, API Services and Analytics Services
● Experience with multi-brand, multi-region eCommerce and eMarketing systems
● Experience of working on source code repositories; Azure DevOps OR Git
● Knowledge of Azure Pipelines
● Knowledge of Optimizely Azure DXP Cloud Hosting and other related cloud services
● Knowledge and experience in Agile, ScrumGood at oral and written communications and documentation skills
● Fluent in English
● Ability to articulate the omni-channel end-to-end commerce value proposition
● Strong integration and architectural knowledge of the Optmizely platform
● 20% travel may be required
● Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
● Exceptional problem solving
● Good team player who can work with people of all levels / backgrounds
● Working knowledge shopping cart development with shipping, payment gateway integration for E-commerce websites
● Build Web API’s that integrate with all majors ERP, CRM, and other systems
● Experience of working in the following industry sectors: retail, media/entertainment and/or computer/product manufacturing
● Complimentary market knowledge/competitive landscape in assisted service, self-service, commerce, marketing services, content/knowledge management, analytics, CRM, multi-channel
