Job Description
Our ideal candidate will be professional, friendly, customer-service driven, and efficient. Must have good time management skills, detail-oriented and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Reception and administrative duties include scheduling patients, answering incoming phone calls and emails, managing medical referrals, and entering data into the EMR system
Pretesting patients using office equipment: auto-refractor, NCT, OCT and visual field testing
Process payments and OHIP submission
Daily maintenance of office cleanliness and appearance
Experience in a similar setting is an asset but not required
Hours include Saturdays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
