Join our Belconnen location on a permanent, full-time basis as their newest Optometrist!
Salary Package: Up to $130k + Super + Bonuses!
Roster: Full time, including a weekend day
Store Information: The store is equipped with seven fully functional test rooms and currently employs seven optometrists. It features a comprehensive range of advanced equipment. The store’s culture is vibrant and collaborative, with the team taking pride in celebrating each other’s achievements and maintaining a supportive work environment. There is also a strong emphasis on professional growth and leadership development, having successfully supported five Pathway candidates and multiple team members who have progressed into head office roles.
Patient Demographic: The store caters to a mixed patient demographic, providing eye care services to a wide range of individuals. Mornings typically consist of older patients attending their appointments, while afternoons are busier with families and younger patients. This creates a diverse and engaging clinical environment throughout the day
