Shift: Day Shift – 4x10 Hours (06:15 AM – 04:15 PM)
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced OR Tech / Surgical Tech for a 13-week assignment in Torrance, California. The ideal candidate will assist surgical teams in a fast-paced operating room environment while maintaining sterile technique and supporting high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
• Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments for procedures
• Maintain sterile field throughout surgical cases
• Assist surgeons, nurses, and other surgical staff during procedures
• Anticipate surgical team needs and provide appropriate instrumentation and supplies
• Ensure equipment is functioning properly before and during procedures
• Support patient safety and infection control standards
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of recent Surgical Tech experience required
• BLS Certification required
• Neuro surgical experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity surgical environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required
