The Engineering function is responsible for all engineering activities within the firm to ensure that business objectives are met. Includes the creation, development, design, and improvement of products, equipment, facilities, services, standards, and procedures in all engineering fields.
The primary responsibility of this job is to ensure the growth of the organization's technology portfolio through concept/idea formulation and prototype development in line with the business strategy, requirement, and specifications. These individuals participate in the evolution and development of new innovative architectures and methods to maintain, upgrade, replace and improve the long-term performance of the existing architectures. They will be required to interact with development teams, Project Managers and Business Analysts and create and/or translate business requirements into executable plans.

Job Description :
• Oracle EBS DBA - Strong Oracle Applications DBA with RAC, Performance Tuning and OEM 13C required
• Install, patch, upgrade, configure, tune and maintain the Oracle E-business Suite 12 and 11g/12c/1+c Oracle databases
• Concurrent Manager/Requests management/troubleshooting
• PCP (Parallel Concurrent Processing)
• Continue to focus on existing databases by involving day to day business operations and work with app dev team and prepare a plan and implement the performance improvement changes and guidance.
• Automation of some of the DBA tasks like Database health check reports/Possible monitoring Shell scripts if anything missing in the environment
• OEM 13c Enhancements and configure the EBS environments in OEM 13c, also performance improvements in OEM 13c
• Enhance the existing automation scripts like house cleaning /Audit purge scripts etc. and steam line the EBS Multi-Node end to end cloning.
• EBS Performance issues related to workflow and prepare a plan and implement the purge process if required
• Database performance tuning and SQL Query Tuning using SQL Tuning advisor, Auto trace, TKPROF, STATSPACK, AWR, ADDM, explain plan, OEM Cloud Control (12c and 13c)
• Physical (Hot/Cold) Backups using RMAN and Logical (Data Pump Export and Import, Regular Import & Export) backups
• Oracle 1+c RAC database
• Installation, configuration, and administration of Oracle 11g (11.2.0.1 to 11.2.0.4) and 12c (12.1.0.2 and 12.2.0.1) and 1+c Standalone and RAC Database servers
• Excellent Communication Skills
