Job Description:
• Design, develop, and implement customizations, extensions, and enhancements within the Oracle CC&B system.
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain system integrations with other enterprise systems using technologies such as SOAP, REST, and XML.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Oracle CC&B system, including identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures to ensure comprehensive and accurate knowledge transfer.
• Stay current with Oracle CC&B product updates, patches, and best practices, and make recommendations for system improvements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Previous experience working as an Oracle CC&B Developer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Oracle CC&B configuration, customization, and development.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, Java, and other relevant programming languages.
• Experience with web services integration (SOAP, REST), XML, and related technologies.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
