Job Description
• Minimum 6 years of experience in OCI and Oracle Database required
• Should be well versed with the concepts of Oracle IaaS, PaaS, DBCS and SaaS
• Should have experience on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Networking Architecture e. g. IPsec VPN Fast Connect and Inter connectivity setup between cloud and On premise.
• Perform operational and administrative activities as defined for Oracle SaaS and PaaS, including HCM, ERP, EPM, OIC, and Oracle data BI reporting.
• Provide support for end user access issues including troubleshooting and root cause analysis including single sign-on, and Oracle IDCS, Access Management
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM, ERP, EPM applications, ideally with Oracle ERP Cloud as an administrator
• Knowledge on Service Now, Oracle database support and migrations
• Good to have RAC experience
• Should be able to work independently on his shift
• Cloning and restore knowledge using Rman & Export/Import
