Job Description
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
• 6 - 10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials implementation, upgrade, or support projects.
• Functional experience with at least two Oracle Financials modules such as General Ledger (GL), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Cash Management, Fixed Assets (FA), or Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS).
• Experience as a team member or team lead in at least one full-cycle Oracle ERP Cloud Financials implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to define systems strategy, gather and document business requirements, lead fit-gap analysis, and drive business process design.
• Experience with functional configuration, testing, and client user training.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to engage with business stakeholders.
• Proven experience mentoring junior staff and leading work streams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
• Certification: Oracle ERP Cloud Financials certification preferred.
