Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure and solve complex payroll requirements in Payroll Accounting configuration (Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion Payroll)
• Advising clients on proper usage of Oracle Cloud Payroll and providing best practices and application awareness
• Perform Mid-Year Balance Initialization for USA Legislation and Payroll Parallel Run Reconciliations
• Configure Payroll Module using FSM, HDL and other tools
