Job Description
We are looking for mid level (maximum 4 Years) Oracle DBA with experience on 12C and above. The candidate should be a good team player, able to work independently with our client(s) and eager to learn new database technologies. Working knowledge on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure - Autonomous Databases would be considered as an added advantage.
Responsibilities
<> Working knowledge in Oracle 12C or above
<> Installation of Oracle Database in standalone mode in Linux such as SuSe, RHEL, Oracle Enterprise
Linux (AIX, HP or Solaris would be added advantage). Installation of Oracle will also include required LINUX
OS level commands
<> Configuration of Oracle Listener using NETCA
<> Creating PDBs and database instances using DBCA utility
<> Sound knowledge of crucial INIT parameters
<> Hands on knowledge on management of Tablespaces, Redo Logs, working with Data Files
<> Sound knowledge of essential V$Tables, DBA_tables
<> Should be able to perform simple backup and restoration using Data Pump utilities - EXPDP and
IMPDP and RMAN (cold and hot backups)
<> Sound knowledge in LINUX commands for working with files, familiarity with commands such as AWK,
