Key Responsibilities : 1: Respond to user or client escalations and engage functional escalation and Management escalation as required 2: Manage requests incidents on ITSM tool 3: Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer 4: Manage the incidents, infra structure changes
Technical Experience : 1: Extensive 6-7 experience with database Performance tuning SQL tuning SQL Profiles, baselining, Parameter changes and their implications2: AWR, ADDM report analysis3 :Fine tuning of database parameters4: Evaluate impact of database patches, perform thorough testing5: Work with Oracle Vendor, and other expert technology SME to identify areas of improvement in database performance, stability and availability6: Shell scripting for automation / monitoring as and when needed
