Responsibilities:
• Monitoring the database's alert
• Monitoring system alerts and raising tickets
• Monitoring OEM Alerts and resolving them.
• Monitoring Backup Alerts and able to troubleshoot.
• Creating Tickets for any P1/P2/P3 issues and assigning them.
Requirements:
• Experience 6+ years
• Should be able to perform tablespace/datafile management.
• Should be able to perform user management.
• Should be able to perform the maintenance activities.
• Should have a basic understanding of the Oracle Apps environment.
• Good to have an understanding of Oracle RAC Architecture
• Good to have an understanding of the cloud.
• Should have worked on Migrating objects.
• Excellent general IT troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with ITIL-based ticketing tools especially SNOW.
• Should be able to raise SRs and provide requested information.
• Soft Skills: Self Starter
• Customer focused both internal and external
• A strong sense of ownership and transparent acceptance of responsibility
• A positive team player with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Able to work in a results-orientated business with multiple concurrent projects and quick times to delivery

• Proven experience working within a team and 3rd party environment.

• Good written English for formal, and informal information exchange with the team and customers
