Oracle Database Administrator - MPMS - 7 to 10 years - Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai

What you will be doing
• Delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
• Providing detailed status reports to managers, highlighting tasks and challenges, and enabling escalation when necessary.
• Escalating and resolving issues that may cause customer outages.
• Assisting with the design and development of applications, following established processes and standards.
• Participating in development support teams for projects.
• Meeting project timelines and deadlines.
• Maintaining physical databases following established standards and processes.
• Collaborating with other teams on database performance and access issues.
• Providing 24/7 support for production database environments.
What you bring
• Experience in project management methodologies, including estimation, planning, and communication.
• Working knowledge of at least one database management system, or the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of operating systems and systems administration.
• Commitment to staying updated with the latest technology concepts.
• Problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems using established procedures and guidelines.
