Hi Folks,
We are looking for an experienced Oracle DBA with extensive hands-on experience in Oracle RAC and Data Guard, strong skills in backup and recovery (RMAN), and proficiency in performance tuning and database migration. The candidate should have excellent troubleshooting skills, strong communication abilities, and a solid understanding of ITIL processes. They should be an independent, proactive contributor who can effectively manage and resolve complex database issues. The opportunity is with one of our client who are recognized for its technological leadership . Here’s a summary of the key qualities and qualifications we need:
Relevant Experience: 6-10 Years
Location : Bangalore, Chennai , Pune
Notice Period: Immediate / 15 Days
• Oracle RAC (Real Application Clusters): Must have hands-on experience and a sound technical understanding of Oracle RAC technology.
• Oracle Data Guard: Experience with Oracle Data Guard is essential, including a very good understanding of its configuration and management.
• Backup and Recovery: Proficiency in Oracle backup and recovery scenarios, including RMAN (Recovery Manager) techniques.
• Oracle Enterprise Manager: Familiarity with Oracle Enterprise Manager for database management.
• Oracle Wallet and Partitions: Working knowledge of Oracle Wallet for secure credential storage and experience with database partitions.
• Performance Tuning: Experience in Oracle performance tuning scenarios and implementing fixes.
• Oracle Database Migration: Hands-on experience in migrating Oracle databases from versions like 11g/12c to 1+c, and using GoldenGate for database migration.
