Business Unit Overview
Working as a full-time Oracle Database Administrator where you will be responsible for data management across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Database Management across the entire Oracle Database technology stack.
Administration, and configuration of Golden Gate.
Backup/Recovery administration with RMAN.
Performance and Tuning along with SQL & PL/SQL development.
Providing 24x7 support on critical systems in an on call rotation
Required Position Qualifications
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
5+ years of progressive experience managing an Oracle Database environment.
Demonstrable knowledge in scripting and performance tuning.
Should have experience or knowledge on development , oracle pl/sql
Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Leading a team would be a plus
Preferred Position Qualifications
Implementation experience with Golden Gate.
Oracle Database certification (OCP, OCM, OCE) would be beneficial.
Scripting : Experience in Shell scripting, PowerShell or Ansible would be beneficial
Other Database: MS SQL Server or MySQL or Postgress SQL or MongoDB experience would be beneficial.
