Coforge is looking for Oracle DBA for our Gr. Noida location.
Oracle DBA + Cloud(Azure / AWS) :-
• Oracle Certified DB Professional (OCP) with 5-8 years’ experience with Oracle 10g/11g/12c Database Administration, preferably in a senior role. Experience should include DB design (modelling and normalization), capacity planning, performance tuning, storage management, back-up and recovery, managing schemas, report generation and DB clustering technologies.
• Responsible for installing, upgrading, patching, and configuring the Oracle database and creating multiple databases on Linux and Solaris environment.
• Oracle management tools (Data Guard, RMAN, Data pump).
• Architecture design principles.
• SQL execution
• Good problem solver, focused and dedicated developer with ability to work on your own as well as with a team.
• Hands on experience with DB standards and end user applications-translating capacity requirements into infrastructure deployment technology.
• Strong practical experience of ORACLE in a production RAC (ASM) environment (11gR2/12c/1+c). Must be a self-starter with a strong attention to detail.
• Experience with an organization with a key reliance on 24x7 reliability on its database.
• Setup and configured Oracle 11g/12c/1+c Physical Standby database (Data Guard) and performed Switchover using DGMGRL.
• Using Data pump to export and import Tables, Schemas and Database.
• Maintaining archive data and data files on appropriate storage devices.
• Troubleshoot database performance issue using AWR and ADDM reports.
Skill Area DBA
• In depth SQL Server Database Administration experience.
• Experience of managing multiple MS SQL 2008, 2016 & 2026 RDBMS on large systems.
• Strong self-sufficiency and initiative working on Database projects.
• Experience Practical experience in monitoring and tuning a database to provide a high availability service.
• Experience of Transactional SQL, and DTS stored procedures.
• Practical experience in managing the internal and external MS SQL database security.
• Having experience on MySQL
• Cloud: AWS/AZURE
• Aurora DB/Amazon RDS/ Amazon Redshift
