Luxoft, a technology partner for a global banking organization, collaborates with teams in Switzerland, Poland, Singapore, and India to provide cutting-edge solutions for document processing, archiving, and retrieval. Our services support Legal, Regulatory, and Operational functions.
Main Responsibilities:
• Oversee the Application Delivery team's services
• Lead Proof-of-Concept solution development
• Provide technical expertise for secure application software development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop software components, integrating with 3rd party solutions
• Manage relations with near- and offshore delivery teams
• Take pride in delivering high-quality software products and services
Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles
• Expertise in Oracle technologies, particularly database management and PL/SQL development
• Strong scripting skills in Bash/Perl programming for automation and process optimization
• Experience in Application/DB migration and DB2/MSSQL programming knowledge
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with IBM CMOD or willingness to learn
• Knowledge of event-based retention policies within Spectrum Protect
