We are looking for an Experimentation Lead to own and operate our advanced and proprietary experimentation engines, roadmaps, and methodologies. This role will report to the VP of Decision Science and will be the SME for experimentation across our company. You will work with a talented team of executives and experts, including those that have run advanced experimentation at Amazon, Microsoft, and startups. This team and leader are responsible for the most critical learnings at Spreetail and take pride in being the first to solve many practical causal challenges at scale. How you will achieve success:
• You are an A/B/n testing ninja and can run MDEs and pre/post-test analyses in your sleep.
• You understand how to systematically drive a learning roadmap from hypothesis generation, to selecting the best experiment designs, to delivering a causal learning run to the MDE you designed for pre-test.
• You have run hundreds of randomized controlled experiments, delivered 100%+ gains on your primary KPIs, and operationalized your learnings in org-wide rollouts to capture the full value.
• You love statistics and data science and understand signal, noise, power, and alternative test designs to A/B/n when you are in non-ideal learning environments.
• You can say no, manage up, and communicate to focus your learning roadmap on what is best for our brands and company.
• You understand how to design experiments that test one data model or technology vs another.
• You can break down major initiatives and insights needs into smaller components and tasks.
• You embody the Science & Technology Principles and use them to guide decisions.

Responsibilities
• Work with customers directly, as well as Oracle Customer Support, Sales and Sales Consulting teams to understand customer usage patterns, help deployment of Oracle's innovative technologies and cloud services by working with customers' architecture teams, and improve the adoption of best practices

Skills
• 1 - 5 years of engineering / product management / technical sales experience, preferably in enterprise computing, with strong familiarity around computer networks, cloud technologies, virtualization, data center infrastructure; familiarity with Oracle databases as a DBA is a strong plus
• Excellent written and communication / presentation skills - writing samples will be required
• BS, MS or MBA in Computer Science or related technical degree
• Balanced mix of leadership and technical skills, along with relevant hardware and database software experiences
• Experience dealing with a broad spectrum of IT audience - ranging from CTO/CIO to database/systems/network/storage administrators
• Awareness of trends and opportunities in cloud computing and potential influence on Oracle's business
• Analytical skills, with a passion to solve complex technology and business problems, and an aptitude to learn new things
• Meticulous, structured and detail-oriented, while also having the ability to see the big-picture

Canada: Hiring Range from $76,700 to $167,000 CAD per annum
US: Hiring Range: from $87,600 to $1++,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
