Oracle database support engineer

Data Migration:

 Plan, design, and execute data migration projects, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

 Identify data sources and perform extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

 Develop, Design, Test and Implement Complex PL/SQL Database programs using Oracle and third party

tools.

 PL/SQL Code Review and Documentation

 PL/SQL Code Performance Tuning and Troubleshooting.

 SQL/PLSQL Development:

 Write efficient SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures/functions for data manipulation and

Reporting.

 Optimize existing queries for performance improvements.

 Banking Domain Expertise:

 Leverage knowledge of banking processes and regulations to inform data management and

Migration strategies.

 Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into

Technical solutions.

 Quality Assurance:

 Conduct thorough testing of data migration processes and SQL scripts to ensure reliability and

performance.

 Develop documentation for data migration processes, including mapping documents and technical

specifications.

Know-How of Extract , Transform & Load Tool for Legacy Migration & Mapping

Evaluation of new and upcoming technologies.

Develop, design, test and implement complex database programs using Oracle and third party tools.

The PL/SQL Developer will be responsible to properly maintain source code sets and necessary technical

documentation, and assist the DBAs in overall database maintenance.

Providing technical assistance, problem resolution and troubleshooting support
