We need Oracle DBA Lead
Working on alternate Saturdays
247 shifts
● Guide in resolving incidences based on technical expertise for Oracle Databases.
● Architect Oracle databases for availability and uptime.
● Manage Oracle’s Engineered Systems along with Vendor .
● Implement advance options of Oracle databases like Oracle RAC, Data Guard, ASM, RMAN, Partitioning, Compression and OEM/Grid Control.
● Guide team to diagnose the performance issues from SQL to Application to Database to System to Storage.
● Define action plan and ensure seamless Upgrades , Migrations and Patching of databases.
● Developing , implementing and overseeing database policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and Availability of databases.
● Ensure security standards required in BFSI domain .
● Lead and develop productive team for managing databases .
● Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and risk reduction through innovation, automation and integration .
● Manage the team with a commitment to operational excellence .
● Work with cross functional teams to develop solutions and achieve organisational goals.
● Review change control , management of change control and documentation .
Qualification
· Around 15 years of experience in managing Oracle Databases in enterprise environment .
· Industry standard certifications demonstrating mastery of database administration and industry standard processes .
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
