Job description :- • Oracle DBA experience on installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting on production and development servers • Oracle database administration, which is responsible for the installation, testing, configuration, trouble shooting and maintenance of Oracle 12c and 1+c environment. • Should have worked on data guard, DR scenarios. • Taking snapshot of production databases and applying it to Development, Test and UAT environments using transportable tablespace method. • Creating Users, Groups, Roles, Profiles and assigned users to groups and granted Privileges and permissions to appropriate groups, Managing Database Structure, Storage Allocation, Table/Index segments, Rollback Segments, Undo Segments, and Constraints. • Responsibility lies for configuring, managing, and reporting on all Oracle database • Implement/ deploy changes to various databases for ongoing projects, Providing on-call support taking turns along with other DBAs. • Addressing database performance issues. • Developing unix scripts as needed. • Using RMAN and Datapump utilities for backup purpose. • Must have a strong work ethic. Work well independently and with a team. • Must have Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills. • Must be self-motivated and a self-starter
