Technical Knowledge
Experience on Database Migration, Installation, Upgrades and Patching. Drive performance & tuning, monitoring the performance using tools Hands-on experience as Oracle Database Administrator. Deep knowledge on 12c/18c/1+c database creations and software binaries installations in Unix (Linux) and Windows environment. Deep knowledge of Oracle 12c/18c/1+c Grid Infrastructure, Cluster ware, ASM, RAC internal, Active Data Guard in RAC environment. Hands on experience in Data-Guard configuration, implementing and maintaining standby databases. Configuring and Monitoring database backup and performing backup validations. Deep knowledge in Exports, Imports, Data-pump and RMAN. Assist/Support the development team and mentor database team. Knowledge on shell scripting. Knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL Basics. Proven experience with performance tuning, capacity planning, disaster recovery planning and testing. Proven ability to work through SRs with Oracle Corporation technical support Demonstrate diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Proven analytic skills and strong judgment Knowledge on identity and access management. Hands on experience in Golden Gate, VAPT, OEM, Exadata.

Excellent communication skills – written and verbal Ability to work effectively with others and share knowledge to ensure team success. Experience in a customer-facing, role such as consultant, solutions engineer or solutions architect Excellent soft-skills (Communication, Coordination and Negotiation) Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to listen and work with customers in order to fully understand the problem or gap facing them and make sure they adopt the best possible solution. Ability to be successful in a team environment. Contribute to the development then subsequent delivery of high-quality technical presentations and/or demonstrations. Be able to articulate technical approach to support, while developing actual examples of this support approach.
