Oracle Developer - CREQ16123+ Description Technical Behavioral Competencies
Mandatory
Excellent Knowledge Understanding of Oracle, SQL, PL SQL.
Good Knowledge Understanding of data modelling.
Flair for learning new tools technology
4 6 years of experience in Banking IT, with a good understanding of the Corporate and Institutional Banking activity.
Knowledge of Capital Markets an asset.
Good knowledge and understanding of Windows Batch or PowerShell scripting
Good knowledge in systems, application frameworks, database optimization, and experience being responsible for the success of software development projects
Proven record interpreting and fulfilling requirements by developing high performing, scalable and maintainable solutions with multiple technologies.
Hands-on experience with SDLC methodologies and best practices including Waterfall Process, Agile methodologies, deployment automation, code reviews, and test driven development.
Strong coordination and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and multi-tasking capabilities.
Being aware of new technologies and frameworks.
Experience and knowledge of Python language features like basic data types, functions with keywords args, default args, variable length args.
Experience in using Python database API with any relational database like Oracle SQL Server using pure Python or native database driver.
Experience in using built in collection types for example sequence types, dict, sets.
Experience in using text manipulation facilities like regex, string methods from the standard library.
Experience in reading and manipulating various file types like XML using standard module like ElementTree, JSON, CSV.
Experience in using file and directory manipulation modules like paths, globs from the standard library.
Knowledge of widely used libraries in data science like Numpy, Pandas is a must.
Visualization is a good to have but not on the mandatory path.
Knowledge and Experience in using collections from the collections module will be good to have though not mandatory.
Familiarity with using context managers.
Familiarity with date manipulation using modules like datetime.
Knowledge of Generators will be good to have though not mandatory.
Familiarity with Object Oriented Python and magic methods.
