Description
Responsible for assessing the HR needs of their clients, designing, developing and integrating HCM software to meet those needs and testing and troubleshooting implemented software to find and resolve errors.
Responsible for configuring, monitoring, performance tuning, cloning, troubleshooting, and patching the Oracle EBS system.
Develop partnerships with key stake holders in HR to understand the strategic direction, business process, and business needs
Prepare solution document for business requirements
Create technical solutions to meet business requirements
Help HR business users adopt best practices
Develop training content to users
Define user information requirements in Oracle E-Business Suite
Implement plans to test business and functional processes
