Oracle EPM / ARCS
Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Oracle EPM / ARCS Consultant with strong customer-facing experience to join our finance transformation project. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) and experience working directly with clients to implement and support reconciliation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements for account reconciliation and financial close processes
Configure and implement Oracle ARCS to automate reconciliation workflows
Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions with business and finance users
Support data integrations between ARCS and source systems (e.g., Oracle ERP, EBS, SAP)
Perform testing (SIT, UAT), troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution
Create user documentation and provide post-go-live support
Advise clients on best practices and process improvements
Key Requirements
3+ years of experience in Oracle EPM, with at least 1–2 years in ARCS
Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, especially reconciliations
Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to interface with finance stakeholders
Hands-on experience with EPM Cloud, including data loads, profile configuration, and automation
Familiarity with data integration tools (e.g., Data Management, FDMEE) is a plus
Experience with customer-facing roles, including training and support
Preferred Qualifications
Oracle EPM/ARCS certifications
Prior experience in finance transformation or ERP migration projects
Exposure to other Oracle EPM modules like FCCS, Planning, or EDMCS is a bonus
