Oracle Erp/Fusion Technical Consultant
Role Overview
Responsible for Oracle Fusion technical items support, implementation, and delivery, including integrations, reports, and customizations.
Ensure finance and procurement functionalities are implemented and working effectively.
Contribute to the development of short and mid-long-term strategic roadmaps and improvements in Oracle.
Guarantee the stability and reliability of the Oracle system, encompassing SAAS and PAAS.
Manage incident/problem/change management of the Oracle system.
Lead end-to-end root cause analysis for incidents, provide improvement plans, and ensure recommendations are carried out.
Support system audits with internal and external parties to ensure all vulnerabilities and compliances are met with stringent requirements.
Drive automation initiatives to enable zero/minimal-touch and eliminate manual efforts.
Lead new business requirements gathering, RFP, POC, and business case presentation.
Must-Have Skills
Minimum 5-7 years of technical experience in Oracle ERP, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion SAAS, PAAS.
Excellent knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud, Fusion Reports, SQL, and Fusion Workflows.
Familiarity with the basics of Oracle ERP Finance and Procurement.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations.
