6+ years of experience in Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) implementations with expertise in delivering multiple full-cycle OFSC projects.
Strong hands-on experience in configuring key OFSC modules including Resource Management, Capacity/Quota, Routing, Outbound Communications, Mobility, Core Manage, Business Rules, and Statistical Parameters.
Proven ability to design, architect, and deploy OFSC solutions tailored to complex client-specific business needs.
Expertise in customizing Manage and Mobility interfaces, including display profile configurations and screen enhancements.
Solid knowledge of integration methodologies, with hands-on experience in OFSC APIs, web services, and collaboration with middleware teams for seamless system integrations (e.g., Oracle EBS, Fusion Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud).
Skilled in creating comprehensive Functional & Technical Design Documents, test strategies, and solution footprints.
Experience in presales support, including designing demos and contributing to solution proposals.
Capable of leading cross-functional teams including solution developers, middleware developers, and QA testers to ensure successful end-to-end project delivery.
Ability to interface with Oracle Support (SRs) for issue resolution and product guidance.
