โข Lead end-to-end development and configuration of Oracle FCCS Cloud.
โข Build smart automations that simplify consolidation, close, and reporting workflows.
โข Support users, understand their challenges, and translate requirements into practical solutions.
โข Troubleshoot issues during month/quarter close and ensure smooth operations.
โข Work on enhancements, customizations, and integrations with EPM and other systems.
โข Participate in validation, testing, documentation, and production migrations.
โข Drive improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
โข Act as the SME for R2R, ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and best practices.

โข Bachelorโs/Masterโs in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related fields.
โข 5+ yearsโ hands-on experience with ๐ข๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐น๐ฒ ๐๐๐๐ฆ & ๐ฎ+ ๐ณ๐๐น๐น ๐ถ๐บ๐ฝ๐น๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐.
โข Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud EPM and integrations.
โข Solid understanding of R2R, COA, Journal Entries, and consolidation processes.
โข Experience with cloud-based ERP systems and data integrations.
โข Familiar with scripting (PowerShell/Batch/Shell) โ bonus points!
โข Comfortable working with SDLC processes (Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall).
โข Strong communicator who can partner well with Accounting, Finance & Tech teams.
โข Certifications in Oracle FCCS / EPM? Thatโs a big advantage ๐
