We are looking for a passionate 𝗢𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗙𝗖𝗖𝗦 (𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀) 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 to join our team and play a key role in strengthening our Consolidation & Close ecosystem.

Client operates across 50+ countries with strong expertise in trading, logistics, and value-added processing.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼 :

• Lead end-to-end development and configuration of Oracle FCCS Cloud.

• Build smart automations that simplify consolidation, close, and reporting workflows.

• Support users, understand their challenges, and translate requirements into practical solutions.

• Troubleshoot issues during month/quarter close and ensure smooth operations.

• Work on enhancements, customizations, and integrations with EPM and other systems.

• Participate in validation, testing, documentation, and production migrations.

• Drive improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and user experience.

• Act as the SME for R2R, ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and best practices.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿 :

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related fields.

• 5+ years’ hands-on experience with 𝗢𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗙𝗖𝗖𝗦 & 𝟮+ 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud EPM and integrations.

• Solid understanding of R2R, COA, Journal Entries, and consolidation processes.

• Experience with cloud-based ERP systems and data integrations.

• Familiar with scripting (PowerShell/Batch/Shell) — bonus points!

• Comfortable working with SDLC processes (Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall).

• Strong communicator who can partner well with Accounting, Finance & Tech teams.

• Certifications in Oracle FCCS / EPM? That’s a big advantage 🎉
