Job SummaryAs an Oracle Fusion-Functional Support Consultant, you will serve as a primary post-sales contact for customers, providing functional and technical expertise across Oracle Cloud ERP modules. You will resolve complex issues, guide customers on best practices, and act as a trusted advisor-bridging business requirements with Oracle Cloud capabilities.This role requires a strong combination of functional domain knowledge, hands-on technical skills, and a customer-first mindset, along with the flexibility to work in a 24/7 support environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary post-sales support contact for Oracle Cloud customers, resolving functional and technical issues.Diagnose and troubleshoot complex business and system problems across ERP.Translate customer business requirements into Oracle Cloud configuration and solution recommendations.Provide hands-on support for integrations, data loads, reports, and workflows using Oracle tools.Manage escalated cases, collaborating with internal teams and setting realistic expectations for customers.Continuously improve support processes, tools, and documentation to enhance service delivery.Maintain detailed technical and functional documentation for solutions and troubleshooting.Stay current with new Oracle Cloud features, releases, and best practices.Qualifications & SkillsMandatoryBachelors degree in BE, BTech, MCA, CA, or equivalent (or relevant experience).5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, or SCM implementation/support.Hands-on experience in at least five modules from one pillar:ERP: GL, AP, AR, FA, IBY, PA, CST, ZX, PSAStrong business process understanding and functional troubleshooting skills.Advanced technical skills in:SQL, PL/SQLOTBI, BI Publisher, FRSFBDI, ADFDIBPM Workflows, ADF FacesBI Extract (FTP), Payment Integrations, PersonalizationsExperience working in L2/L3 production support environments.Willingness to work rotational evening and night shifts.Good-to-HaveExposure to multiple Oracle Cloud pillars (ERP HCM or SCM).Experience in customer-facing support or consulting roles.Prior involvement in product escalations or global customer environments.Knowledge of release management and cloud patching cycles.Coaching, mentoring, or knowledge transfer experience.Self-Assessment Questions (For Candidates)Have I supported or implemented at least five Oracle Cloud modules within ERPCan I confidently translate complex business requirements into Oracle Cloud configurations and solutionsDo I have hands-on experience with SQL, BI reports, FBDI/ADFDI, workflows, and integrationsHave I resolved high-impact customer issues in a production L2/L3 support environmentAm I comfortable working in rotational evening/night shifts while maintaining high customer service standardsCareer Level - IC3
