Job description
• Proven experience as a Lead/ Solution Architect with cross functional Knowledge in Oracle Fusion Application.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, features, and configuration options. Strong understanding of business processes and practices, particularly in the context of global organizations.
• Design end-to-end Oracle Fusion solutions that address client needs, encompassing modules such as Finance, SCM, HCM, Payroll and more.
• Lead solution design workshops, gather functional and technical requirements, and translate them into effective system configurations.
• Create detailed architecture and technical documentation, including system designs, integration strategies, data migration plans, and implementation roadmaps.
• Ability to Lead Solution Architects and guide them
• Ability to support Sales team to do pre-sales
• Provide expert guidance on Oracle Fusion Cloud best practices, capabilities, limitations, and potential workarounds.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Guide clients through system testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment phases, addressing any issues and ensuring smooth transitions. Stay up to date with industry trends, Oracle Fusion Cloud updates, and emerging technologies to enhance your expertise continuously and provide innovative solutions.
