Job Description
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
Maintain business processes (e.g. configuration documents, JIRA practices, SR tracking, etc.)
Oracle HCM Experience with CoreHR / ORC / Talent, Oracle digital assistance desired
Oracle OTBI and HDL/HSDL experience is desired
Provide clear and concise communication and respond in a timely manner
Ensure security and release process are followed, reduce risk
Protect and ensure data privacy and regulations are maintained
Actively apply lessons learned and acquired knowledge to limit PROD defects
Review Oracle release notes in advance and conducts impact analysis
Meet design deliverables and deadlines, consistent follow through and working independently (self-starter)
Complete functional testing of the enhancements (reducing / minimizing defects)
Actively manages Service Requests (1bd) Actively raises issues to impacted teams
Ability to quickly problem solve and get to root cause
Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
Passionate about building an innovative culture
