Job Summary
JPMorgan Chase US Pay Time & Absence Product Team is looking for Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll talent.
Job Responsibilities
Configure, test and validate Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll module
Partner with Business & Operations to successfully complete issue analysis and solutionize
Work successfully in an Agile environment by maintaining Jira stories, and effectively communicating issues and blockers on active stories.
Assist with end to end regression testing for Payroll module for monthly and quarterly releases
Provide requested information to ensure timely resolution of any payroll impacting issues.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Requirements
Experience with Oracle HCM cloud Payroll module
6+ years Oracle OTBI and HDL/HSDL experience is desired
Maintain business processes (e.g. configuration documents, JIRA practices, SR tracking, etc.)
Experience partnering with Business on problem resolution and change requests
Review Oracle release notes in advance and conducts impact analysis
Good judgement and decision making skills
Exceptional analytical skills (ex. root cause analysis)
Problem solving, problem identification and reasoning skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Provide clear and concise communication and respond in a timely manner
Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Requirements
Experience in configuring and regression testing US Payroll Module is preferred.
