I’m working on an immediate need for an Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Lead with a confidential client and am looking to submit qualified candidates today.
Location: Chicago, IL (100% on-site, no travel expenses)
Duration: Immediate start through December 31, 2026
Rate: Market
Type: Contract (W2 only)
Seeking experience with:
• Oracle HCM Cloud technical architecture and solution design
• Hands-on technical leadership across Oracle HCM implementations/enhancements
• Integrations, extensions, reporting, and technical development within Oracle HCM Cloud
• Supporting enterprise-scale HCM environments
• Ability to lead technical workstreams and collaborate across functional and technical teams
• Requirements:
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• Must be able to work on-site in Chicago
