Key Responsibilities : 1 Solaris Administrators are responsible for installing, configuring, patching, decommissioning and maintaining Solaris and Linux operating systems 2 Good exposer on Solaris Hardwarelike T5, S7, LDOM, Zone virtualizations 3 Must have good knowledge on monitor system performance, troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues, install and configure new software, manage user accounts, and ensure the security of the system
Technical Experience : 1 Day to day work on incident, SR, Changes 2 Good knowledge on Oracle SPARC Hardware like S7, T5 3 Strong exposer on Solaris operating system version 11, 10, 8 4 File system creation/extension on Solaris LDOM and Linux 5 Experience on Solaris and Linux Operating System lifecycle from provisioning, patching and decommissioning 6 Proactively monitoring system performance 7 Experience on Solaris Patching, LDOM, Zone migration/switching 8 Knowledge on Change creation process and approval
Professional Attributes : 1 Good communication and interpersonal skills 2 Strong writting skills and stackholder management 3 Excellent problem-solving skills and mitigate technical issues
Educational Qualification : 15 Years regular education
