Project Role Description :Define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements, defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities, and developing business case to achieve the vision.

Key Responsibilities : a Adapt at creating business process models based on the requirements b Adept at mapping industry trends and best practices to the clients unique requirements and processes to determine applicable fit c Knowledgeable about the Oracle applications functionality, tools, templates and method and able to setup the system to meet the desired business process and requirements Hands-on exp of Oracle PBCS is mandatory
Technical Experience : a 7 years of hands on exp in designing and implementing Hyperion or PBCS or EPBCS solutions must have exp with at least one full lifecycle implementation of Oracle cloud PBCS or EPBCS
Professional Attributes : a understanding of the concepts of Financial Planning, Rolling planning, Long Range Planning, Driver based Revenue or COGS planning, and Balance sheet planning b Knowledge of EPBCS workforce planning, CapEx planning, EPM Account Reconciliation and or or EPM Tax Reporting is a plus but not necessary
Educational Qualification : a - Min 15 years fulltime education
Additional Information : a - Should be able to work in overlapping hours in US Timezone b - Flexible to travel
