• Recruiting Module: end to end process flow understanding ( Requisition creation to onboarding Process
• Good experience on Offer letters creations in Taleo
• Onboarding Module --> Must have implemented onboarding in Taleo
• Should have worked on atleast 2 implementation project ( end to end)
• Knowledge on User Accounts/ CSW/ Contextulization/ Message Templates/OLF
• Knowledge on Dynamic Routing Approvals/ Career Section
Optional
• OBI Reporting in Taleo
