Summary Description
● The candidate should have around 4+ yearrs of strong Oracle SQL.PLSQL development experience
● The candidate would be responsible assisting various application teams on Oracle issues. This includes performance tuning, data modeling and developing Oracle procedures/packages.
● A successful candidate should have strong in SQL,PL/SQL ,data modeling and solid knowledge of Oracle Architecture, Query tuning
● The candidate should have good data warehousing knowledge.
● The candidate should have strong knowledge of Oracle database internal
● Exposure to other Database like Netezza/Redshift/PostgreSQL is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
● PL/SQL development for high demand OLTP/Regulatory Reporting applications.
● Coordinate with Business and BA team to understand the requirement and develop applications with strong focus on performance.
● Should be able to debug application code written in PLSQL, NZPLSQL.
● Creating new data models using Erwin based on the requirements for multiple applications.
● Should be able to do shell scripting/python scripting
● Should have knowledge on Job scheduling tool like Autosys and version controlling tool like GIT
● Work as an individual contributor and collaborate with multiple teams in an effective manner
