Job Description
Requirements:
Accurately enter and review customer paperwork, including purchase orders and contract terms, in designated systems.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents and update designated systems or records with new information or changes as it becomes available.
Proactively identify data discrepancies, updates or errors and make necessary adjustments.
Sort and organize order entries and contracts to ensure information can be viewed as needed.
Efficiently manage high volumes of communications and collaborate with various departments as needed.
Summarize and compile data as requested.
Participate in weekly departmental meetings and contribute to quarterly improvement projects.
Other duties as assigned.
