Responsibilities:
• Process and manage incoming customer orders through various sales channels, including the company website, marketplaces, and other platforms.
• Review and verify order details, including product selection, quantities, pricing, quality check, shipping addresses, and payment information, to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams, such as warehouse, inventory, and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfilment and shipment.
• Monitor order statuses, track shipments, and provide regular updates to customers regarding their orders.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns related to orders, providing timely and satisfactory resolutions.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to handle escalated order-related issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage returns, exchanges, and refund processes, following established policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze order-related data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and inventory management, to optimize the order fulfillment process and improve the overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on e-commerce industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to order management and customer service.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in order management, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
• Strong understanding of order processing, fulfillment, and customer service principles.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and data entry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving abilities and the capability to resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of logistics and shipping processes is a plus.
