We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker & Packer to support our Downtown LA warehouse team. This role plays a key part in our daily fulfillment operations by ensuring orders are picked accurately, packed correctly, and prepared for shipment on time. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced warehouse environment, this is a great opportunity to join a growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Pick products accurately based on packing slips and order details
Pack and prepare orders for shipment with care and attention to detail
Verify quantities, product types, and labeling before shipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
Work closely with warehouse, printing, and fulfillment teams to meet daily order goals
Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the workday
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
Prior picking, packing, or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
Bilingual Spanish + English preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift throughout the shift
Ability to lift and move packages as needed
Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
Compensation & Schedule
Pay Range: $18.00–$20.00/hour
Schedule: Full-time
On-site position at our Downtown Los Angeles warehouse
Additional Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must meet all state compliance requirements (age, licensing, background check, etc.)
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
