Order Processing Analyst (Work from Office- Jaipur)
Role: Order Processing Analyst
Relevant Experience: 1-3 years of P2P experience
Job Responsibilities:
• Create order in ERP system according to instructions or requisitions, and release order.
• Maintain order necessary information in ERP system and keep accuracy.
• Support the Transactional Processing and be a point of contact to resolve the complex, escalated, judgmental process challenges which may arise in the P2P (Purchase to Pay) process and be the primary contact for Purchasing/Receiving department and supplier.
• Creating and maintaining a knowledgebase of service delivery content based on re-usable information and SOP.
• Proactively track AP Supplier related issues, and coordinate with Internal team and other functional owners to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
• This role will require cross functional collaboration across the business, third party suppliers and operations team
thereby providing inputs for driving process improvements.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and support urgent requests including managing highly sensitive situations with respect to process following the compliance map.
Qualification:
• Min 1-3 years of P2P experience mainly into order following /Planning/Buying.
• Good Exposure to Excel.
• SAP ERP experience in P2P is desirable.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
Competence:
• Ability to think outside the box and act operationally to resolve ambiguity in the transaction processing.
• Should possess good problem-solving skills.
• Good English communications skills - written and verbal.
• Should be flexible to work month end schedules and early morning shifts.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
