Full job description
Billing & Order Processing
Work on internal software to generate sales invoices, billing notes, and credit memos.
Track order dispatch, shipping status, and update customers accordingly.
Customer Communication
Respond to B2B and offline customer emails related to:
Pricing and availability of titles/products
Discounts, offers, and terms of sale
Order status, delivery timelines, and logistics
Follow up with internal teams (dispatch/accounts) to resolve queries efficiently.
Excel & Data Management
Maintain and regularly update Excel-based price lists, order reports, and customer databases.
Generate and share reports for trade partners, sales teams, and management as needed.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel – including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data sorting, and formula-based analysis.
Excellent written communication skills in English (for email handling).
Experience with billing/invoicing software is a plus.
Prior experience in publishing, trading, or distribution companies preferred.
