What challenges can you expect?
• Advising customers in regard to all technical inquiries relating to the dedicated product range.
• Interpreting, clarifying and realizing customer specifications for offers and orders.
• Compiling, analyzing and sending offers and order confirmations for products, components, parts and services for designated customers.
• Providing technical support and after-sales services to customers.
• Consult subsidiaries and colleagues within the MR group in technical affairs and clarification including preparation and implementation of technical trainings.
• Visit subsidiaries and customers in coordination with the MR sales network.
• Assisting with and/or managing internal and intra-divisional projects.
• Technical analysis of offers and order confirmations.
What do we expect from you?
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or any Engineering related field
• Technician with appropriate experience level
• Experience in energy technology
• Basic knowledge of the machine construction industry
• Business-fluent English
• Additional language skills desirable
• Understanding of processes and systems
• Willingness to travel
• Business-oriented focus
• Customer orientation
