Job Title: SEO Manager/ Sr. Organic Specialist
Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai – Work from Office Only (Monday to Saturday)
Experience: 5+ years total experience in that 2-3 years EdTech / Insurance / Real Estate sector experience is mandatory.
Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven SEO Manager with deep technical SEO expertise and a proven ability to rapidly scale organic leads. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end SEO strategy, from planning to execution, ensuring measurable growth in both organic traffic and leads within a short timeframe.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to achieve 50–80% growth in organic leads within months.
• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement fixes to improve crawlability, indexing, and overall site performance.
• Lead programmatic SEO initiatives, from ideation to implementation.
• Apply AIO, AEE, and GEO optimisation strategies for targeted reach and conversions.
• Optimise site architecture, UI/UX, and content for maximum search visibility.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on SEO performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented effectively.
• Stay updated on search algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging SEO tools.
Required Skills & Experience
• Strong expertise in technical SEO: site speed optimisation, structured data, schema, log file analysis, and advanced crawling techniques.
• Proven track record of growing organic leads by 50–80% in a short timeframe.
• Hands-on experience with programmatic SEO.
• Practical knowledge of AIO, AEO, and GEO strategies.
• Minimum 4–5 years of SEO experience, with at least 1 year in EdTech preferred.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
• Proficiency with SEO tools: Google Search Console, Spyfu, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong SEO strategy, daily performance tracking, and expertise are the priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with international SEO.
• Understanding of content marketing and link-building strategies.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO implementation.
