Head of German, Austrian & Swiss (D/A/CH) MNCs in India

Role Description
• Develop our D/A/CH MNC strategy, lead and work closely with D/A/CH coverage team, update our clients and service teams on regulatory changes and opportunities in India.
• The position is core to significantly increase coordination, communication and accountability both in India, within the region and with our global colleagues including our Risk Management Solutions organization.
• First point of contact to service large D/A/CH MNC clients with their subsidiaries across India.
• He is measured on new business origination with significant deal size, revenue growth, and client intensity.

Your Key Responsibilities
• First point of call for CFO's and senior treasurers of our corporate clients including those with regional responsibilities.
• Developing and executing the portfolio plan as well as clientcentric account management plans with strategic and tactical objectives to grow our portfolio and client's share of wallet across India.
• Understanding client's business cycle, industry developments and sustainability framework
• Being an expert on credit risk and first defense to avoid loan losses and writeoffs
• Leading the client service team to drive engagement and client intensity
• Close coordination with global and regional relationship managers and our product partners to ensure inclusive coverage of clients
• Meeting clients locally, regionally and globally to forge close relationships in an entrepreneurial and costeffective manner
Your Skills and Experience
• At least 10 years banking experience
• Fluency in English
• Good knowledge and handson experience with D/A/CH clients headquartered in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and their operations in Asia Pacific.
• Expertise and a global/regional network within coverage and product organization to offer truly integrated and effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop and enhance relationships with senior client contacts (eg CFO/Group Treasurer).
• Strong sense of accountability and integrity with solid credit knowledge
• Extensive work experience in a global/regional coverage capacity and an understanding of the business environment, regulatory regime and market trends across Asia
