We are urgently looking for FRESHERS for our ORM department. Location: NOIDA, Delhi (Work From Office Only)
Paid Internship
Responsibility: -
Monitoring the social handles & platforms across the web
Monitoring is done through a tool + manually
Posting responses to posts around the brand accurately and in a timely manner
Ensuring the TAT expected by the client is maintained
Making the brand experience better for a user who seems dissatisfied
Clearing doubts an individual has about what the brand offers
Acknowledging compliments & showcasing the same on-brand social media pages
Response management is to be done smartly through a social media listening tool
Sharing the brand comments in real-time with the brand managers (of the respective brand)
Categorization of the data & deriving meaningful analysis. Sharing the same with the brand
Perform research into our clients’ industries and provide actionable tips and advice for expanding their reach in the digital space
Candidates from a Journalism background with strong political views & good communication.
