Key Responsibilities:
Online Reputation Monitoring: Regularly monitor various online platforms, including social media channels, review websites, forums, and blogs, to identify mentions of our company, products, or services. Stay updated on the latest trends, news, and developments related to our industry.
Reputation Analysis and Reporting: Analyze and assess online feedback, comments, and reviews to gauge customer sentiment and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports and provide insights to management regarding the online reputation of the company.
Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts and online communities to maintain a positive brand image. Engage with customers, respond to comments and queries in a timely and professional manner, and address customer concerns effectively.
Online Review Management: Monitor and manage online reviews across various platforms. Respond to both positive and negative reviews, aiming to resolve customer issues, demonstrate responsiveness, and highlight positive experiences.
Crisis Management: Actively monitor online conversations during crisis situations or reputation threats. Implement strategies to mitigate negative sentiment, address concerns, and maintain brand integrity.
Brand Advocacy: Develop and implement strategies to enhance positive online reviews and customer testimonials. Encourage satisfied customers to share their experiences and engage in positive word-of-mouth promotion.
Collaborative Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, customer service, and public relations to align ORM strategies with overall brand objectives. Provide guidance and support in managing online reputation-related activities.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging ORM trends, tools, and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement new strategies to enhance online reputation management efforts.
