Minimum 1 year of experience in social media ORM

Responsibilities:
Provide visa verification support to clients via social media
Handle customer queries and complaints on social media platforms
Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
Meet or exceed customer service quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

Minimum HSC/Graduate
Excellent communication skills in English
Proficient in handling various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
Typing speed of 30 WPS with 90% accuracy
Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
