JOB POSITION
Minimum 2 years of experience in Support/Admin activities
Good to have an experience in ServiceNow and Monitoring tools(HPBSM,Sitescope,willy)
Soft skills, Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills consulting with client teams working in distributed teams
Should have experience on production support projects
Good to have Health Care Domain experience
Ability to work effectively under pressure and identify ambiguity and drive for clarity Capable of handling multiple tasks concurrently.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Primary Duties:
Experience in Application Maintenance/ production Support/Developer role is must for screening of candidates.
Attend daily / weekly calls as and when required
Respond to in person, email, IM and telephone to all technical queries for the production/Non-production environment.
Strong focus on ownership of issues from their reporting to their resolution
Provide day to day production support services for Applications / Reports .
To provide product support and ensure smooth operation of the systems.
Utilize outstanding analytical and diagnostic skills when dealing with complex issues and uncertainty, and make sound decisions quickly while carefully evaluating risks and alternatives before taking action.
Should be flexible to support in 247 model.
QUALIFICATION
Graduates having Bachelor degree with relevant experience
EXPERIENCE
2+ years of experience in Application development /production Support/Admin support
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Application development/ production Support/Admin support
Knowledge on the ITIL/SNOW
Effective Organizational, time-Management and decision-making skills Expert analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to oversee defects and result validation.
Good in verbal and written communication skills.
