The role involves conducting inspections, audits, and implementing quality assurance systems in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain quality assurance systems for OSD products.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, deviations, and non-conformances.
• Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Review and approve batch records, SOPs, and other quality-related documents.
• Participate in investigations and root cause analysis for quality incidents.
• Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest quality assurance trends and pharmaceutical regulations.
Requirements:
• Pharma industry experience is mandatory.
• Prior experience with SCADA, PLC, HMI, and automation programs.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles in OSD manufacturing.
• Familiarity with GMP and regulatory compliance in pharmaceuticals.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
